For librarians using the Collaborative Summer Library Program summer reading theme ("Dream Big - Read" in 2012), there is an Early Literacy Manual included in the CSLP manual package.  All Ohio public libraries should have received this manual in Sept-Oct 2011 (contact the State Library if you need a manual).  Explore additional resources at the CSLP website.  Many resources are available for free download by any staff member in any public library in Ohio. However, you must create an account for yourself on the CSLP website before downloading. Go to http://www.cslpreads.org/ and click on "Create Account".
